Austin Home Concierge Monthly Plan
Austin Home Concierge offers monthly (can also be ordered every other month or every third month)
maintenance/repair visits for $300 per visit. Each Austin Home Concierge visit includes one 2-hour visit focusing on
preventative maintenance, as well as projects and tasks of your choosing.
Additional time may be added to visits at $125/hr.
Spring Visits:
Clean your HVAC condenser coil
Clear your HVAC condensate drain line with Shop Vac.
Drain sediment from water heater or clean filter in tankless heater.
Inspect & clean gutters (assumes normal conditions not exceeding 22 above ground. Additional cleaning will be charged at the hourly rate).
Inspect sprinklers and make adjustments if required.
Summer Visits:
Clean or replace range vent grease filter.
Vacuum & clean bathroom fan grills.
Clean exterior dryer vent.
Empty/clean washing machine drain pump filter (accessible filters only).
Descale dishwasher and clean out drain filter.
Fall Visits:
Clean your HVAC condenser coil (it should be done twice a year).
Clear your HVAC condensate drain line with Shop Vac.
Clean the entire length of dryer vent line.
Remove, inspect, vacuum & store window & door screens (Larger homes may require extra time).
Inspect & clean gutters (assumes normal conditions not exceeding 22 above ground. Additional cleaning will be charged at the hourly rate).
Inspect and tighten laundry hoses.
Inspect weather stripping around exterior doors.
Winter Visits:
Descale tankless water heater as needed.
Vacuum & clean bathroom fan grills.
Descale dishwasher and clean out drain filter.
